The Development
Phase 1, consisting of five single storey buildings and a three storey office building, is now complete with occupancy over 95%. Tenants include: Scotiabank, Canadian Western Bank, Big Ridge Brewery, Big Ridge Liquor Store, Browns Social House Restaurant, A&W, Be’Wiched Cafe, Medigas and MVP Hair Salon.
Phase 2, is currently 80% SOLD and consists of a three storey office building (Building H – 45,000 square feet). Completion November 2011.
Phase 3, is now available for Lease/Sale and will feature a three storey office building of approximately 45,000 square feet, with underground parking, and a single storey retail building of 8,000 square feet. Estimated completion is Fall 2012.
