The Development
Phase 1, consisting of five single storey buildings and a three storey office building, was completed in September 2010. Tenants include: Scotiabank, Canadian Western Bank, Big Ridge Brewery, Big Ridge Liquor Store, Browns Social House Restaurant, A&W, Be’Wiched Cafe, Medigas and MVP Hair Salon.
Phase 2, consisting of a three storey office building (Building H – 45,000 square feet). was completed in November 2011 and is currently 90% SOLD.
Phase 3, is now under construction and available for Lease and will feature a three storey office building of approximately 45,000 square feet, with underground parking, and a single storey retail building of 8,000 square feet. Completion Fall 2012.
