The Development

Join Scotiabank, Canadian Western Bank, A&W and Big Ridge Brewing Company at Panorama Place, Surrey’s newest commercial development located in the fast growing Panorama area. The development is comprised of nine commercial buildings, totalling 150,000 sq. ft., including three mixed-use office/retail buildings with a total of approximately 110,000 square feet.

Panorama Place is being developed by the Terrex Real Estate Group Inc., who recently completed Rodeo Square a 36,000 square foot retail and office development located on the north east corner of 152nd Street and Highway 10.

Panorama

The Panorama area is experiencing considerable growth and is rapidly becoming Surrey’s next business hub. To the south and southwest are developments that include established office and industrial parks. To the north and northwest there are commercial retail developments which are continuing to take shape. Immediately beyond these areas to the north, west and east are existing and new residential developments. The entire area is designated Urban under the existing Official Community Plan, which will provide for substantially more residential growth in the immediate future.

There is approx. 800,000 sf. of office, commercial and industrial space located within a one km. radius of Panorama Place. Future commercial development in excess of 750,000 sf. is planned or currently under development. Some of these projects include: Panorama Place (150,000 sq.ft.), Benchmark Business Centre (225,000 sq.ft.), Panorama Village Phase Two (55,000 sq.ft.), Colebrook Business Park (190,000 sq.ft.) and the RCMP Building (55,000 sq.ft.).
